Do I have to be in Wharton to rush Phi Chi?

No- we welcome any students with an interest in business or economics to rush, regardless of what you are studying.

If I Pledge, will I be hazed?

Phi Chi Theta is strictly no hazing. We do not conduct nor condone hazing activities. The pledge process is designed to be a positive and productive experience for pledges and is centered on the themes of professionalism, fraternity, and wellness.


How much are dues?

Dues can vary each year based on the financial needs of the chapter. These dues are much lower than that of social fraternities and sororities.

What does Phi Chi Theta offer?

Being a member of Phi Chi Theta opens the doors to many professional opportunities and nationwide network of members and resources.​ Our members ​create years of memories, meet new people, and create lasting connections.


What is the difference between the four business fraternities?

The business fraternities differ through culture and vibes. At Phi Chi Theta we prioritize teaching the methods of how to thrive in the businessworld and how to best build a professional network. We also host an innovative and unique series of professional events geared towards creating mentor-mentee relationships.

Am I allowed to rush all four fraternities?

Yes, you are allowed to rush all four business frats. We welcome you to check out all of them to see which organization you best mesh with.

 

I'm a freshman. Can I rush in the fall?

Due to Penn policies, freshmen can only rush Greek life in the Spring. If you are interested in rushing in the Spring, feel free to reach out to Brothers to grab coffee or sign up for our listserv so you can be all set to rush in the Spring.
